In ancient times, the Aztec people used to believe that the gods had brought cacao from heaven.

Cacao nibs are extracted from the fruits and bring you the true natural cocoa flavour, ideal for real cocoa lovers.

After harvesting the cacao fruits, the beans and juice are fermented to reduce the bitterness. Then cacao beans are dried, roasted and shelled.
