Suggestions of use:
Add (whole or ground) chia seeds to breakfast cereals, yogurts, salads, smoothies, soups or to your favourite recipes. Ground chia seeds can also be added to bread, cake or biscuit recipes.
Add 1 tblspn. of chia seeds to 250 ml of water, let stand for a few minutes and then drink. They can also be used as an egg replacer in some recipes.
