Order processing and shipment
Orders are usually processed within 3 working days after payment has been received.
Small and medium orders are sent by registered mail, DPD or equivalent service. Large orders are sent by cargo service.
Efeito Verde always sends an e-mail message confirming that the payment has been received, when your order is to be shipped and tracking information if available.
How to pay
You can pay for your order by:
- Bank transfer
- Credit card
- PayPal
The necessary information to complete your payment is provided, once you confirm your order.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically computed when you place your order, according to the total weight and destination. Paypal or Credit card payments have an additional fee, which is also shown before you confirm your order.
Export orders
Large export orders may be subject to customs fees. If ordering from outside of the European Union and you want to place a large order, beware of possilbe customs fees. Efeito Verde does not take any responsibility on that matter, as it stricly refers to local regulations which may difer from country to country.
