Midzu
Millet is packed with antioxidants, fibre and carbohydrates, low in sugar and easy to digest. It can be used as a side like rice or potatoes, for making soup, bread or muffins.
Suggestions of use: Soak or wash thoroughly before consuming and cook for about 10 minutes.
