Agar Agar is a substitute of gelatine of animal origin, of practical use and solidification.

Extracted from Atlantic alga Gelidium. It is a marine gelatine of superior quality and 100% vegetable. It is also known as the E406 food additive.

Ingredients: Organic agar agar flakes (gelidium spp.)
May contain traces of crustaceans, gluten, soy, sesame and celery.

Suggestions for use: Neutral flavor is ideal for preparing desserts (sweets, juices, smoothies, ice cream, jams, marmalade, pies, puddings and creams) and salted (fillings, purees and soups).
To make gelatin: boil 8 min. a tablespoon of agar-agar per 500ml of liquid. Allow to cool and refrigerate. To stay with the consistency of pudding: Boil one tablespoon of agar agar to 1 liter of liquid.
