Midzu
Already known to the ancient Celts, dulse gives color and makes the salads and other dishes more attractive, without soaking. For its delicate flavor and aroma, it is one of the most suitable algae to eat raw or in soups. Selected in the cleanest waters of the Atlantic Ocean coast and dehydrated at low temperatures.
Ingredients: Organic dulse seaweed (Palmaria palmata)
May contain traces of crustaceans.
Suggestions for use: Cut the seaweed, leave them to soak about 2 minutes and use in salads, soups or pasta. It can also be cooked 10-20 minutes in casseroles, stews or pizzas.
White spots may be noticed on seaweed, which are salts that act as a natural preservative.
