Originary from India and Nepal, the nut shells in contact with hot water release a substance known as saponin, which acts as regular soap.
Suitable to be used in the dishwasher or washing machine. You can also make an infusion, boiling 20 grams for 2 minutes, and you will have a soft general purpose detergent to wash the floors, glasses or even your pet.
The same nutshells can be used about 4 times. Dispose of used shells in the common waste or use as an excellent fertiliser.
