Filterless design 

Old machines used stainless steel or plastic filters, with tiny holes. Those filters were very difficult to clean and the holes became easily obstructed, seriously compromising the quality of the beverage.

The Midzu soymilk does not have that problem. It uses a special design cup, which is extremely easy to clean with a soft material and water.

During operation, this cup will project the grains into the blade, in a process that is even more efficient than the old filter with tiny holes. The result is a delicious soymilk, and consumption of grains is even less than the traditional method used. A Midzu soymilk machine can make 1.2 litters of soymilk using only 70 grams of soybeans.
