Make your own yogurt!
Characteristics
- Totally automatic: you just have to plug it in. This yoghurt maker incubates 1 litre of healthy yoghurt in a period 8 to 12 hours (during the night, for example).
- Precise temperature control: heating features are adapted to control the temperature with precision, propagating the lactobacillus (healthy yoghurt bacteria) abundantly and uniformly, quickly and in a well distributed fashion.
- Includes a jar. The jar can be sterilized with boiling water or by heating it in the microwave for 2-3 seconds.
- Economic: by using high technology features, electricity costs are minimal; making 1 kg of yoghurt costs less than EUR 0.02 on electricity.
- Capacity and adequate shape: the graceful and minimalist shape of this yoghurt maker saves a lot of space in any kitchen; besides, 1 kg of yoghurt is enough for 2 daily doses for each member of a family of four.
- You can use soy milk, cow milk or other.
- 1 litre of soy yoghurt can cost just a few cents!
How to use
Using the yoghurt maker is as simple as this:
- Put 1 litre of milk in the jar included.
- Mix the yogurt starter in the milk with a sterelised spoon. Alternatively you can use a cup of non-flavoured yoghurt to start the culture.
- Turn on the yoghurt maker and wait 8-12 hours for incubation.
- For better texture, after incubation store in the refrigerator for another 8-12 hours.
Together with the tofu kit you can also make yoghurt cheese.
Using the soymilk maker machine you can make cheap and high quality soy milk.
