Yogurt Maker

Midzu yogurt maker.Make your own yogurt!

Characteristics

  1. Totally automatic: you just have to plug it in. This yoghurt maker incubates 1 litre of healthy yoghurt in a period 8 to 12 hours (during the night, for example).
  2. Precise temperature control: heating features are adapted to control the temperature with precision, propagating the lactobacillus (healthy yoghurt bacteria) abundantly and uniformly, quickly and in a well distributed fashion.
  3. Includes a jar. The jar can be sterilized with boiling water or by heating it in the microwave for 2-3 seconds.
  4. Economic: by using high technology features, electricity costs are minimal; making 1 kg of yoghurt costs less than EUR 0.02 on electricity.
  5. Capacity and adequate shape: the graceful and minimalist shape of this yoghurt maker saves a lot of space in any kitchen; besides, 1 kg of yoghurt is enough for 2 daily doses for each member of a family of four.
  6. You can use soy milk, cow milk or other.
  7. 1 litre of soy yoghurt can cost just a few cents!

How to use

Using the yoghurt maker is as simple as this:

  1. Put 1 litre of milk in the jar included.
  2. Mix the yogurt starter in the milk with a sterelised spoon. Alternatively you can use a cup of non-flavoured yoghurt to start the culture.
  3. Turn on the yoghurt maker and wait 8-12 hours for incubation.
  4. For better texture, after incubation store in the refrigerator for another 8-12 hours.

Together with the tofu kit you can also make yoghurt cheese.

Using the soymilk maker machine you can make cheap and high quality soy milk.
