All our appliances are fully protected against manufacturing defects for two years, under the conditions of our limited warranty. After those two years, or in case of malfunctions not due to manufacturing defects, technical support may have a cost.
End users should contact their local distributors first hand. If you bought your appliance online and are from a country where Midzu has no local distributor, please contact us directly.
